By using EstHost services, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and EstHost.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason without prior notice.
You may not use EstHost infrastructure for any of the following:
Violations may result in immediate service suspension without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
EstHost aims to provide stable, high-availability infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, or unforeseen network events may cause temporary service interruption.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups unless you have purchased a managed backup plan from EstHost. EstHost accepts no liability for data loss.
Payments are due on time according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and PayPal.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period. Refunds are issued solely at EstHost's discretion and are not guaranteed except where required by applicable EU consumer law. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate account termination and prohibition from future services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client panel. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued except where required by EU law (14-day right of withdrawal for new subscribers — see our Refund Policy).
EstHost staff will not access your VPS or its contents unless required for legitimate troubleshooting (at your request), investigation of abuse complaints, or compliance with valid legal orders. You are responsible for securing your VPS, including credentials, firewall configuration, and installed software. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to data loss, service downtime, revenue loss, or business interruption. You use our services at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service in the preceding 30 days.
EstHost reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate services for: breach of these Terms, non-payment, actions that harm our network or other customers, or in response to valid legal requests (court orders, law enforcement). Where possible, we will provide advance notice before suspension.
EstHost provides support for hardware issues, network connectivity, and control panel access. Server administration, software configuration, and operating system setup are the customer's responsibility unless a managed support plan has been purchased separately.
EstHost may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered customers of material changes via email or a notice in the client panel. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts. EU consumers retain all rights afforded under EU consumer protection law.
For questions regarding these Terms, please contact us at our contact page or by email at legal@esthost.ee.
