Refund & Cancellation Policy

EU consumer law applies to all EstHost customers in the European Union.

1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date your service was first activated, without giving any reason.

Exception: If you have explicitly requested that the service begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period (i.e., your VPS has been deployed and you have actively used it), you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is forfeited upon first use of the service.

To exercise this right, contact us at billing@esthost.ee within 14 days of activation. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

2. Standard Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the EstHost client panel or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • No partial-month refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions
  • For annual plans, a pro-rata refund may be considered for unused full months — contact billing@esthost.ee

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact Billing Support Email billing@esthost.ee or use the contact form with your account email and order details.

State Your Reason Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund. This helps us improve our service.

Receive Decision We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after activation (outside the withdrawal window)
  • Setup fees or one-time fees (if applicable)
  • Services that have been fully delivered and consumed

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank without first contacting EstHost support may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from EstHost services. We take chargebacks seriously and will respond to bank inquiries with full transaction documentation.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve most billing issues quickly and fairly.

6. Service Credits

In cases of significant service outages caused by EstHost infrastructure (exceeding our SLA), we may issue service credits rather than cash refunds at our discretion. Credits are applied to your next invoice.
